UL Student Life is hiring a Clubs & Societies Administrator at UL Student Life. This is a permanent role based at the new state-of-the-art Student Centre at University of Limerick, working 35 hours per week.

Role Purpose:

The Clubs & Societies Department provides a wide range of supports, services, training, workshops and financial assistance to almost 80 student-led Clubs & Societies at the University of Limerick. Together, these Clubs & Societies represent an extensive network of student volunteers who play an important role in creating a vibrant, inclusive and engaging student experience at UL. UL Student Life has a long and proud tradition of supporting student volunteers and enabling Clubs & Societies to develop, grow and make a positive contribution to campus life.

The Clubs & Societies Administrator plays an important role within the Department, providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Clubs & Societies Department in meeting the needs of Clubs & Societies and their student volunteers. The role includes supporting the day-to-day administration of the Department, maintaining accurate records and information, and utilising the bespoke UL Wolves platform to support the effective delivery of Clubs & Societies services.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Clubs & Societies Administrator is a key point of administrative support for the Department. The role requires a highly organised, reliable and responsive individual who can manage competing priorities and contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of services to Clubs & Societies.

Working at UL Student Life:

These is a permanent position with UL Student Life, 35 core office hours per week, based at the Student Centre, University of Limerick.

A salary scale of €30,000-€35,000 per annum depending on experience, will apply to the successful candidate and a probationary period.
