This llub aims to provide a place for members to train with specialized powerlifting equipment weekly. Each session a qualified coach and several committee members with extensive experience competing and training for powerlifting will be on site at City Gym, 17 Sexton Street Limerick. Basic level programming will be available for all members.
If powerlifting is something you’re interested we recommend signing up with CityGym Limerick too! This club runs in collaboration with CityGym, with over 2500kg of weight and specialised powerlifting equipment this gym is perfect to train outside of our own sessions!
