Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
MSF is an international humanitarian organisation providing medical care in more than 72 countries. Their teams act fast to save people’s lives in conflict zones, natural disasters and epidemics.
Since 1971, MSF have been treating people caught in complex crises and chronic healthcare emergencies around the world.
From their paediatric nurses to off-road drivers, they are experts at working in fast-moving and highly insecure environments. Whether it's launching a rapid response or delivering community care, they go wherever they are needed most.
Milford Care Centre
Milford Care Centre is a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation and registered charity. It was first established by the Little Company of Mary Sisters in 1928 and now provides Specialist Palliative Care and Older Persons Services in the Mid West. Milford Care Centre is not just a Hospice Inpatient Unit, they provide multiple services to the Limerick community. These include Hospice at Home services, a Nursing Home, Day Care for both the Older Person and people with palliative care needs.
