Halloumi Vegetable Wraps

Serves 3-4 (depending on needs) 
Last for 3 days in the fridge (ideal for lunch prep) 

Ingredients:

  • Wraps 
  • Halloumi
  • Peppers 
  • Mixed Salad 
  • Cucumber 
  • Greek Yogurt/Mayo
  • Hot Sauce  

Method:

  1. Grill Halloumi until golden brown on both sides (can be done in the air fryer). 

  2. Chop up cucumber peppers and wash your salad. 

  3. Heat wraps in the microwave or in a pan. 

  4. Spread your sauces on your wrap followed by the salad cucumber peppers and halloumi. 

  5. Wrap and enjoy! 

Alternatives:

Protein: The halloumi can easily be swapped out for chickpeas or tofu to make it vegan. Or you can add chicken or other meats to suit your taste 

Vegetables: Use what you have, I find giving it a quick grill in the pan with some spices really elevates the dish if you have more time. 

Spice: Use as much hot sauce as you like, or you can omit it altogether. Feel free to flavor your halloumi with spices or honey to switch things up
