Serves 3-4 (depending on needs)
Last for 3 days in the fridge (ideal for lunch prep)
Ingredients:
- Wraps
- Halloumi
- Peppers
- Mixed Salad
- Cucumber
- Greek Yogurt/Mayo
- Hot Sauce
Method:

Grill Halloumi until golden brown on both sides (can be done in the air fryer).

Chop up cucumber peppers and wash your salad.

Heat wraps in the microwave or in a pan.

Spread your sauces on your wrap followed by the salad cucumber peppers and halloumi.

Wrap and enjoy!
Alternatives:
Protein: The halloumi can easily be swapped out for chickpeas or tofu to make it vegan. Or you can add chicken or other meats to suit your taste
Vegetables: Use what you have, I find giving it a quick grill in the pan with some spices really elevates the dish if you have more time.
Spice: Use as much hot sauce as you like, or you can omit it altogether. Feel free to flavor your halloumi with spices or honey to switch things up
